What is SERS- What is SERS?
- Raman spectroscopy applies a powerful
laser to the protein, causing each
protein to emit a unique signal.
However, it is not easy to distinguish the weak
signals expressed by exosomes in an
environment where various
substances such as blood are mixed.
SERS is an application of Raman spectroscopy,
which attaches gold nanoparticles to a
substrate to amplify the signals emitted by exosomes,
so that the signals emitted by axosomes
can be distinguished more clearly.
